Post your message for Cordani here. It’s anonymous.
Dear David,
Where to start when there’s so much to say. The secrets the rumors the lack of transparency the watching great employees get kicked out with disrespect the games, oh the games of sending people back to the office, but not everyone. No no you make us wait and wonder which list we are on. Layoff list? Go back to the office list? Layoff tomorrow next week or next year list? Go back to the office but not on Thursday because that’s layoff day. Don’t go back to the office but know that the people who are mandated to go back to the office will be fired if they are not there a lot, whenever their manager says so. Not on the layoff list but who was? I check to see who made which list.
Please stop. We beg you to stop.

Sadly, Cordani is in a whole other league than those that are getting booted and has 2 goals, stockholder satisfaction and drive his salary and bonus as high as he can before 2025, then jump ship. We are just cogs, our vitality is only desired for company output, pretending it's for our "personal" as well as professional well-being is BS.
He couldn’t possibly care less. Let’s get real. The man makes more money in a week that most do in 4 years. He’s enjoying a cappuccino after a half hour in the infinity pool right now before heading down to the club to enjoy a $500 brunch right now. He won’t read this, and if he did, he’d probably chuckle and immediately forget about it.
"Everything he said was right, it's concerning how many people are downvoting him."
Not really. When people post here, I imagine they're looking for empathy and solidarity, not grammatical critiques. They likely wouldn't have been downvoted if they'd removed that section of their response. It's not like OP will take their letter and send it to the intended recipient. The OP is venting their stress and high emotions like most people on this site. Attacking their grammar brings nothing to the thread other than divisiveness.
“Regardless of your lack of respect towards him at this point (rightfully so), your message addressing the CEO could have used a lot of proofreading and editing. It's hard for professionals to take any plea seriously with that level of unprofessionalism…”
This one is soups fun at parties!

Wonder if he will address the potential sale of the Medicare Advantage business? Are questions during the Town Hall anonymous?
The Town Hall will be about how our focus is on the customer, which is always laughable. Premiums never go down, coverage is mediocre, and reimbursement to the providers is sub par. The Town Halls are scripted and theatrical.

We got an email from David today announcing a upcoming Town Hall meeting. The message provides instructions on how to submit questions for QA during the townhall. They typically choose softball questions for him to answer, but I encourage people to still submit questions asking about layoffs. Who knows, he might actually address it. In the highly unlikely event he does address it. I would expect a sugar coated and vague response full of meaningless buzz words.
Regardless of your lack of respect towards him at this point (rightfully so), your message addressing the CEO could have used a lot of proofreading and editing. It's hard for professionals to take any plea seriously with that level of unprofessionalism, but I do support the sentiment. Unfortunately, I do not think we peons cross Cordani's mind at all. His decisions are based on his own career and wealth. Our opinions will not sway him or any other executive left at Cigna. Any lipservice about work-life balance or employee vitality are just manipulative catchphrases, not heartfelt goals for his 10s of thousands of underlings and drones. In his mind, we're nameless, faceless nobodies and he can force someone else to learn the bare minimums to keep production moving along. There's no respect for our knowledge and experience. That's why we don't already get paid comparably to where our skills fit into the market value range.
