Could do with giving herself a pay rise so she can get new glasses
Note that she is the founder and owner of the company. It means she cares about the business future in a longer perspective than 2-3 years. There is no a board of directors that can sack her, nor she has a 3 year contract.
If a EVP is on a three year contract she or he want's to su-k as much money as possible. That's the primary goal.
