Thread regarding USAA layoffs

Actual Pulse survey question today,

Q: I believe executive management is transparent with their decision making for the company.
A: I really wanted to put 'fawk no' in all caps, but only had selectable options. So I picked 'strongly disagree'.

There isn't all that much left on that limp shriveled husk we used to call trust. There is no reason to give those exec pekkerwoods any props. But this survey answer will be like a fawt in a hurricane, it will dissipate quickly and leave no trace. That's how our execs roll.

Be careful what you post in your pulse surveys. They are not anonymous. I was contacted by HR after one of my surveys. I refuse to do any pulse surveys now. They don’t listen to them anyway.

The Pulse surveys are a freaking joke. We can tell by the lack of improvement that no heed is paid to our opinions.
