Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Hearing lots of rumors the Honeywell is selling Intelligrated?

Can anyone verify? Heard that Fortna may even be the buyer?

That WARN notice is probably for Westchester that already closed a while ago.

They're closing the Ohio plant. You can look up WARN notice for each state. There is one for intelligrated in Ohio.

Look up T H Lee. They own Fortna and a bunch of other companies. T H Lee looks to be able to invest well and profitably. I doubt they'd pay more for Intelligrated than what it is worth. By my estimation, Intelligrated is worth about 30-40 percent of what Honeywell paid for it. At least going by customer loss. Honeywell will never go for putting that kind of loss on paper. I feel that they would be more likely to just close things down and blame the workers.

Can not confirm or deny that negotiations stalled on price.

Why should Trew buy Intelligrated when they can just take whatever talent they want? Whats left?

The rumor at Parcel+Post Expo was that Fortna is the perspective buyer. They aren’t as bad as Honeywell, but legacy MHS customers reportedly don’t like Fortna either.

Sigh… why can’t IGS get sold to Trew. You know, get “the boys back in town.”

Their valuation is far too high.
They think they are being clever but have no idea how fast the clock is ticking, fools.
