Pervs (the Men). Dirty minded and desperate old fat short pervs
BLIND
Antique
"AlottaAdultery"
Inbred id--t managers -"toms" & "bobs".
Hostile
Dictatorish
blamegame! Let's blame the new staff for all the problems! Management is shallow enough to go along with this idea too !
Ungrateful!!!!!!!!!
Type a managers
Hateful...............as in the attitude toward the average employee. Blame them for everything that is out of their control and is determined by the upper echelon. Make them feel really bad about themselves. That way they have no ego and won't expect much from the company. Or go after their manager's job someday.
elcheapo!
Failure. It has failed. Could not compete with other financial service providers. Due to its unqualified management.
Criticizing!
Blind!
Cruelty
Mistreated
Mistreatment
Mismanaged.
This place has low IQ leaders
Incompetent
Conjob.
My hr rep told me it was a great place for me to work. CONJOB!
Flawed
Uninformed. My new boss man called me today asking questions about what he has to do as our manager. Get out. It’s not my fault you don’t know your role. Let me act my wage.
Simpish
Hostile.
Joke
S-XIST
Fake! Because appearance is more important than achieving client goals. People pose. They act. They lie to clients
Bunker. (As in Archie bunker)
Slanderous. People lie about others to make them look bad. That makes them look good and they get ahead
ANTIQUE! That said, the latest Ingram's magazine, does not list any present or past dst employees in their list of the "top 250 business leaders in greater Kansas City". Not one! Doesnt even list SS&C.
Dishonest
The single word to illustrate DST is : insanity. Yes that is right. Insanity. I feel many of the management had anger and mental health issues. It appeared that DST promoted people into management based on how "tough" they were - meaning hostile and threatening to the average rank and file staff. Now days hostile work environments are outlawed. But it was the norm at DST. Question : you ever meet a kind and considerate manager at DST? No. It would be a sign of weakness and disqualify them.
Adultery!
VALEANT
I cannot use one word to represent dst systems. It would be censored here as it's not a nice word. The amount of ingratitude and disrespect, not to mention wrongly placed blame, makes it the worse place I have ever worked.
1 word to tell what DST means, the word is REGRET
DST described in just one word is...........outdated.
Dst systems in one word : backwards. Never seen such backward processes and 1930's style management. Where did the company find such dinosaur people to run it? Their management style is pre-labor union and very geared to old boys club. Fuddy daddy place that no astute associate would stay at longer than 6 months
