I would use the word overpaid to reference dst. The management literally got millions in free stock options as compensation rewards. I know options on paper is an intangible. But instead imagine dst giving the management in your building million dollar homes in mission hills. That's the equivalent. Yes free homes handed to them on a reduced tax basis for just showing up at their jobs. While you get a tiny raise
