Pivot to Growth - What's happening?

Anyone heard anything on pivot to growth?

Has it started yet or has it already finished?

All our mid managers implement is pivot to cuts constantly. Maybe the managers need replacing with ones who are better to do the growth role.

Look at the air bus deal recently signed. We are pivoting into all sectors and industries

Its a small ServiceNow deal to help client try and get more value out of the expensive ServiceNow licences - nothing strategic there and given the number of players in this market the margins will be absolutely tiny.
Its also a strategic dead-end, Gartner in their latest hype cycle indicated ITSM tools are at the end-of-development cycle nothing new required and they are stopping their Magic Quadrant for ITSM tools going forward.
Of course once DXC show AirBus their "AI infused Platform X" they may lose the deal anyway ;-)

To Vice Poodle I'll have faith when the Board and excutives forgo their stock options , bonus and take a cut in pay till each and ever one that met or exceeded their goals gets a 10% pay increase.

Till then duck you ( replace the "d" with a "F"

They HAVE pivoted to growth. Except it is negative. Remember, no one promised it would be positive growth.

They can pivot on mid year appraisals, not playing that game until someone explains the point.
The only thing growing at DXC is the gap between leadership's view and reality

They were talking about negative growth. Yes, it's still happening and we're winning in this space - market leaders actually.
