Thread regarding Centene Corp. layoffs

I am truly fed up with the way the company has been functioning. It doesn’t feel like a “family” or “team” or whatever other false narrative they continue to try to portray. We know nothing, people are forced to stay quiet, the only info we get notified is the stupid agenda C-SUITE keeps wanting to push. The quotas and stats that we continuously have to “achieve.” The clients who don’t know what exactly they’re signing up for. It’s so frustrating, like how is possible that we have workers living check to check while directors get increased salaries /bonuses. Especially during a layoff season. If this company really truly cared about its members and about its workers, then the atmosphere of the entire company wouldn’t be and feel so grim and tense. I’ve been looking at other positions outside of the company and I’m recommending others to do so, bc mark my words. Something is going to happen and it won’t be good
