Verizon Wireless has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Arkansas naming several Windstream LLCs as
defendants and is seeking more than $10 million over allegations of breach of federal and state tariffs.
"Windstream has conceded that it did not follow the formula and has overbilled Verizon," the lawsuit said.
"But Windstream has refused to return more than $10 million that Windstream billed and collected in violation of its tariffs."
Tony teabag will just land at another company and be on the special council and continue to make millions as lip service will carry him into the sunset.
Isn’t that the same 10 mil that t-bag stole from the taxpayers during bankruptcy? There is no morals in these guys anymore. They’re much like thugs!
It was just last year they had to pay $1.2 million in restitution and fines for overbilling the rural healthcare fund. Imagine what they will do to John Q Customer.

Not surprised, everything this company does is crooked. They cheap out on everything from vendors right down to the employees.
