I don't understand Sam's Club logic. We are losing MILLIONS due to scan and go and self checkout.
Cancel these two practices and replace them with cashiers. The amount of money they would save in theft could give everyone in our building a hefty raise and they would still make a substantial profit!

It's not going away. All retailers have it. Yes they know that it in fact, causes shortage.
Customers want it, it reduces payroll and turn over. LIKE it or Not it's here to stay.

Too many customers like it. They don't have to stand in line & they have a great opportunity to steal.
Even with theft, it isn't going away. They aren't about to add payroll.
