I don't care if this gets posted here. It doesn't change my opinion of USAA, but reinforces my opinion that this company is toxic. And I feel for all of the stress, anxiety, and workload of those left working there. I hope it helps the workers, and that soon the tables turn back in favor of employees, who will most likely dump this terrible company.
Wayne's bonus was the first approved. We only get the trickle-down leftovers.
Christmas bonus is approved.
Annual bonus approval will require the year's books to be (almost) closed and the scorecard to be finalized.
Keep calm and carry on.
I do not understand why people continue to post about holiday parties and bonuses on a layoff site. People are out of work and have families to support. One accident or a complicated pregnancy without insurance could bankrupt you, not to mention a major illness like cancer. Being laid off is NOT winning the lottery. This is a sad reflection on USAA employees.
