What’s JW org
Sr director pulled team into a meeting this morning to let us know that his team was safe on this round. He said other people inside Care Solutions, JW org, would be notified starting today thru the end of the week that they are getting laid off.
Are there indications we should be watching for that we might be on the chopping block this week? Were managers required to attend a training this week or last week on how to address their layoffs? Would we get an invite for 11/9 ahead of time or just pulled into a call on the day? Or is it just up to each individual manager on how to handle?
