Found a small flyer in the restroom today about protesting RTO 4 Day Week with a bit.ly link. Not a bad idea, but if you could get something out to the members and get their support, I’d think that would have more impact on executive leadership. USAA is about the members. Every company fluffs up their support for employees, and USAA is no different than Citi, Wells, BofA, etc, but in the end the company is loyal to the ones that make them money, and that’s the members.

I guess now we know why they don't let MSRs go to the toilet?
Looks like the link got removed. Here it is! Help join/support the protest!

Well, this company has been circling the toilet for a while now...
The revolution will be smellevized... at USAA, where the last bastion of free speech is in the commodes
So many trolls on here, worried RTO will be prevented and they’ll have to go back to being miserable at home with nobody to talk to. If you depend on the office for excitement in your life or to feed your ego (look at me now pops, im not a total failure like you said, im an exec at boomerville/usaa)! You need a new family, wife, friends! Not an office to devote your life to!
Wow, the bathrooms have become the new EJS! How tragic and hilarious at the same time. Too bad the exec bathrooms weren't hit by these flyers. I'm sure they would have used them ball/sn---h scrubbers.
So USAA's answer to Zorro is distributing seditious content in the lavatories? Our executives may have to don scuba gear and flippers to take turns patrolling the sewer lines for any flushed-away evidence of rebellion. That seems less embarrassing than how they currently spend their time anyway.
If you click the bitly link does it say talk to your manager?
Whats the link?
