Massive target on Operations. Teams that survived the RIF are being moved. Health plan Operations, they're coming for your teams. This will destroy the business. Sink. Sank. Sunk.

After ops teams move under PP what do you all think would be next ?
Huh? @3gie+1psMPvUa
We were told today that our CM and DM teams that are currently uNader GBD are moving with 30 others to Carelon. We were told that we will all sh-t over together. It would be about 3-5 months. Really concerning.
it would be worse if people start to lay off worker bees instead.
If anything I have learned from working at this company is never, ever apply to be a manager unless you have a second income. Managers are always the first to get laid off.
What’s considered an Ops Team in this scenario?
They did Government business well when they followed the Amerigroup model which is why they supposedly bought Amerigroup. Over the last few years, they have slowly destroyed what made Amerigroup so good.
It does make me think Anthem is slowly pulling out of Government Business, they don't do it well so it does make sense...
OMG, this place is such a dumpster fire. It would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic.
Health Benefits Ops is the new name for the combining of CSBD and GBD, so both as one.
Is this GBD, CSBD, or both?
Ops moving under PPs from my vantage point would be a godsend. PPs may not understand the how, but they understand the why and won’t stand for the destruction of the systems in place to fix what offshore does wrong.
What does that mean for line managers and directors if ops is going under plan presidents? Bye Tricia?

For all lines of business? Operations meaning call center?
Got the dreaded 1:1 invite Friday for this morning. Ops teams are being moved under the Plan Presidents.
This is accurate.
