DXC is what is always has been.
A company where 10% to 20% of its employees carry dead wood (the balance are clowns).
Management is clueless and mainly hiding at home.
They really don’t have a lot to work with, even if They Were Competent.
Which, sadly they are not.
This “Tech Company” can’t deliver what they promise and never will be able to.
Losing the 2 large accounts I was linked to is the obvious result of this.
Most of the remnant of this company doesn’t deserve raises.
It has been a good place for me to hang in while retirement approaches.
Being over 60, I really had little other option.
Anyone who is under 50 and capable or worthy of improvement has left on their own.
Most of the people that are left are not going to get anywhere once this joke of a company gives them the layoff.
That’s why they come to this site and whine

It’s true , any of you still at DXC are stupid. The company will NEVER change. I was there for 14 years before I had enough.

Some people I worked really tried to do a good job, but all the BS from managers about framework , change control that really was useless as the change mangers had no clue
DXC is dead, leave , find a real job.
