The layoffs happen on Fridays with receiving a IM from your immediate manager setting up an impromptu one on one meeting. They inform you via phone (if remote) or in person if you're working on site. They keep those who kiss up and have long tenure with the company. They tend to target those who are 45 and older. The older you are, the more likely you'll be affected. Managers have say on who is let go so if you ever challenged your manager or said no to something they wanted, you're most likely to be on the list.

Webster Campus will be closed at the end of 2024. Remaining staff to be relocated to the mostly vacant Cary facility (so you will have to move or be fired they figure half won't do it it's baked in). Any thing declared virtual will mandatorily go to ttttccccsss or hhhhcccclll or Jjjjllllll no exceptions.
Any new hires / reqs will be bid out to the vendors above no more execs getting exceptions approved...
Toner operations to be sold off with a discount agreement for x to buy toner from the new owner / vendor (sorry the buyer is being held very close to the chest I did hear there are two finalists).
