Viasat is done. Company got disrupted by LEO satcom and is badly mismanaged. CEO and top managers continue BS convincing only themselves.
Layoffs is just one more thing to prove dysfunctional management. What talent they will be able to hire in future when engineers hear that they do layoffs regularly.

Our only hope is to be bought out by someone like Amazon. Of course the buyout will probably result in you getting only 1 share of Amazon for every 1000 shares of Viasat you own.
