In light of these layoffs and the reality that even less people will available to do the work, which was already overwhelming ... that we are going to dedicate/mandate people spend hours per week to a leadership book read (DTL) is reason enough to believe your current leadership isn't capable of fixing the real problems we are facing. The stock price is the other evidence that the decisions at the top haven't been good.
I have no respect for anyone that would fall for this self-help cult leader's mumbo-jumbo. No one I've talked to believes in this junk and it's only made morale worse. It would be good for a laugh but with the company failing it's not even funny. They need to stick to their d-mbed down sports analogies and save the 'follow your bliss' cr-p for their personal lives.
I'm not sure what she would do, but I know what she'd say... hll, dMN, sht, and probably fck many times over.
