it's quite "super" obvious that Kate can't be a ceo! Incompetence in abundance.
Today the company offered severance packages to people who don't want one as opposed to the people who did want one. Go figure.
This exec team is being too timid. The company financials are a complete wreck- they need to take bolder action to clean up and stop the bleed. Cut down by 10% now so that the remaining business becomes healthy. I suspect they could not afford the severance packages etc so are doing it step by step. Look for another 4-6% in 6 months unless a miracle occurs.
Couldn't be more correct! It is astonishing that this has been allowed to happen.
