My theory is it is a global plan for Saudi to get in American markets and diversify their portfolio. The only thing is they come in as partners to get plant built and then buy half from partner. They have done this several times.

Exxon is in talks to sell GCGV to the Saudis, that’s why we moved all our trash and soon to retire to GCGV, they go with the sale and will not be able to compete with us. Expect a sale to be announced soon and completed in 1Q24. GCGV was an experiment to prove we could build a modular plant. We never sent our best there.

I worked at GCGV. Mgmt would actively turn a blind eye to environmental violations. It was all about production.
