What a load of BS.
"Compensation is rated low but it always is so lol whatever," might as well have been what he said during that MyVoice jerk off.
Don't forget folks, he gets paid 350 times what you do. He does not care about you or your bills.

You are forgetting all the past, present and future stock sales.
Here is some public information from 2022.

Of this total $1,387,500 was received as a salary, $5,000,000 was received as a bonus, $1,297,465 was received in stock options, $10,145,223 was awarded as stock and $277,238 came from other types of compensation. This information is according to proxy statements filed for the 2022 fiscal year.
As of 2022 he still owns 264,618 shares but that could even be more in 2023.
Bah. He's ONLY getting 283x the median worker's pay. /s.
Anyone interested can look up his pay here

He gets paid much more than 350x.
Significantly more!
This isn't an "American" company- that's for sure! Woke and liberal - just using US profits to push globalist agenda. Culture wise, they do not like the US business. Financially, they love it. Sad to work at a company where you are hated. 200 Park Ave. is smoke and mirrors- they would love to move HQ - but don't have the ba--s to do so -- yet.
Deeper in the LOB and team levels, the results are more negatively accurate to the true employee experience. It always amazes me every year, as the results are cascaded up the chain, the results become more and more positive and impressive. No monkey business there, at all. It just takes them several weeks after the survey closes to "review". They choose the questions to ask, so if they dislike the compensation question and responses, they should just remove it from the survey going forward, or even better, stop paying for this phoney baloney charade. Simple as that.
MK was pretty proud of the MyVoice results.
Surprised they were that good.
Maybe people have learned to rate nicely since what difference does it make? Or maybe I work at a company of true believers.
Except for compensation, which people really care about, and shockingly, it's always rated low.
All the questions are filtered by the handlers these days, but I'd love to see someone ask, Michel, what was the biggest thing that came out of my voice last year? And get a string of um's and ah's.
Totally accurate and why should he? His agenda and loyalty are directly tied to what matters most to him and him alone. How ironic that yet another American company is under the sole control of the European 'democracy'. Don't believe me? Look it up. It's public knowledge.
