Those are bottom feeding day traders picking at the remains.
In the meantime, at 55,352,374.0000 volume is already near what it closed at yesterday, and it's barely lunchtime.
It was marketed that they would use EMEA proceeds to pay down debt. Then announce in EC they’re actually taking on MORE debt.
That’s what shocked investors beyond the usual declining revenue story.
Gross margins were down by 600 basis points to 49 percent in the Q, while the CEO seems unable to reign in costs including SG&A&COGS commensurate with asset sales correctly. She is exporting capex savings to new projects especially Quantum where enablements are not converting to sales quickly enough. Unless or until she can drive revenues exponentially like the network remains built to accommodate--public enterprise govt., military contracts in billions is fastest way-- these methods are stealing cash from the bottomline destroying enterprise value embedded in EBITDA. Why she hasn't sought an equity infusion through MSFT--versus laying down to these Bond Ghouls--remains disappointing since they are now selling to her(Co-pilot) beyond all the network reach advantages they derive, but clearly not selling enough for us. The speed at which management continues to accelerate the destruction of our proprietary gifts in the cost new range of $150B today, is alarming and distasteful.
At this point the only interest in this stock is from traders not investors.
'It doesn't make sense. Debt pushed to 2029. EMEA divested for $1.8B. Just took out $300M in labor cost. Yeah, the growth story is terrible, but something else must be happening.'
Yes, there is something else happening. Investors(the few that remain, at least) aren't buying it. Literally. Too much bleeding money for too long. It's over.
