When this company has caused enough in all our lives !! I think it’s time for a complete career change. Out of the health insurance industry all together!
Overworked , underpaid, used, manipulated, bullied etc. I’m done— putting my family and myself first . I want my life back! I’m ready for whatever they tell us.

Sarah has made this organization much worse. Half of the people that are running anything are just not well rounded on what they do, what a sh-t show

While I agree with your premise, insurance isn't healthcare, until the US adopts a universal healthcare model then insurance is as close to healthcare as you can get as who else do you expect to pay for your healthcare?

This is accurate. The major insurers are going through large layoffs recently. Significant number of members on Medicare that should have been ineligible through Covid are going to lose their coverage now that redeterminations resume. Insurers will start cutting operational teams first and likely even the IT side to stay above water. That means all the work goes to who's left.
