Post Earnings: Really Execs? A sad face on firing people when you get paid how much?

Someone please explain how a Senior HR leader (chief people person, yeah right) can take millions in compensation just to join a company and then 2 months later have the gall to try and look sad at firing over a 1000 people to make ends meet for the company.

Executive pay vs. employees is out of hand all over the place, this is just one more example.

Let's freeze everyone's salaries to invest in the company. Oh, but wait, let's give the CSuite raises (see the annual reports). CFO: $50k/6.7% increase. EVP General Counsel: $99.9k/16.7% increase. CMO: $100k/18.2% increase. EVP HR: $50k/9.8% increase. Perhaps maybe they should have gone without raises and put their pocket padding towards the debt. It's not about turning the company around. It's about taking the money and running before the ship sinks.

Just an FYI. I left this clown show on my own! The writing was on the wall and their true intentions shined! Basically, keep paying the Executives and don’t hold them accountable for anything! Because they were right! Please! What a disaster!

Remember the low performer reduction’s?! This Executive team has used that excuse for years! The fact remains the same! They make the decisions and they flop and then blame the employees! Go figure! Plus, they still get paid for their failures over and over and over! I saw right through these buffoons and jetted years ago! The Yes man will disagree, but he’s hiding under the desk about now!
