- I did not get the impression that SLT actually read Christensen's 1997 best seller "Innovator's Dilemma " where the term "disruptive technology" was coined. If they had, they might have spelled out how they would make Lumen "cheaper, simpler, smaller, more convenient to use". That would be a far more valuable book club than Dare to Lead.
- "Agile"? I know the Agile Transformation Office was "impacted", so how will the company get "agile"? How many in SLT have a Scaled Agile Framework certificate?

Agile can be great for development.
Agile is not great for marketing.

But if we didn't read DTL, how else could Kj help out her foul mouthed unprofessional BFF BB? Nepotism at its finest. Oh the wasted employee time spent on these stupid book clubs and the wasted $ paid to BB. This alone justifies KJ's firing.
