Heard there were going to be some market adjustments to Dell salaries soon. This adjustment will make them more in align with what other companies are paying.

Let go last year. 100% uplift on salary. Dell is a rip off
It happens twice a year and has done for many years.
got mine today.
Tech industry always pays their employees super low. When I got laid off recently, practically company that interviewed for said they would literally pay me 50% more than what I was making in big tech.
You people obviously dont read the laws. It's listing salary ranges for advertised positions.
The company determines the ranges. Not the market.
Some companies are effectively lowering their salary ranges for positions.

Op is right, I'm hearing the same thing in Mass.
More grads started in Ireland who they can pay less and work more.
If this is done in Emea then why would they raise salaries across the board elsewhere?
Targets are inflated to cut payouts so the OP is way off.

Dell wants to spend less on people not more. They want pay you the bare minimum. what they pay is a joke compared to the competition. Also, Mk and C level job is to make themselves richer not you. Welcome
to the world of free labor aka “slavery”. Where the federal government hands out the taxpayers money to corporate America and corporate America pays you with your own tax money. While they are pocketing the profits. So again, you work for free! Tragically you are paying yourself with your own money . Thank you to the Corporate & Gov mafias!
Massachusetts law will be in effect
Out of band, 3 months before raise season? Unlikely
Yeah dell wants to pay us less not more have you ever had to negotiate an internal move first words oh its a lateral move even though paygrades are different.
Just curious, why would you post that one A LAYOFF SITE??!!
LoL. Not a chance in he-l. Not a chance.
Imagine getting a business update email where they tell you they pay you too much and you should expect a salary decrease
Now that is a great way to start off the new month. Bravo for trolling on a positive note...
