Uhhh, that is totally wrong, you should educate yourself before posting such idiocy. Stocks under $1 reverse split all the time and there is no market cap limit of 1B. Jeez man!

Do I see delisting coming in the future? The NYSE can compel a stock to delist if its share price falls below $1.00 and it is unable to regain compliance within 6 months.
Well, oddly enough the stock price seems to mirror my work attitude.
The company is poorly managed. Evwrywhere you look the lack of good decisions and poor utilization of resources is evident.
You wonder how long they actually contemplated the decisions about your career ... was it 1 minute, 5 minutes, just ran a report and your name came up?
Either way the lack of real compassion is there and it comes from the top levels.
The current leadership has found a way to destroy what is left at a record pace.

A reverse split won't help, it has to be above a dollar and worth over a billion dollars to not be delisted. Given we have a billion shares, a dollar is the lowest it can go for either metric.
Closed down 33% at $0.98 with 58.8 million shares traded which is about 6X the normal volume.
I'll short the h3ll out of it on a reverse. I hate myself for not shorting & buying puts at $7.
- 99 cents is karma for the 1200 email yesterday. Hopefully some will speak up on the pop-up call. Ask why they can't be adults and put the stock price back on the homepage
