Yes getting rid of invaluable FDS people who probably do the work, know the systems to either put more pressure on then existing staff to pick up their fired employees work; also sickening is that around 10-12 active unfilled posts are advertised on DXC FDS job page in the UK - often DXC doesn't offer any existing employee's job retraining into those unfilled posts - just want to get rid off older experienced and more expensive employees.

What is FDS?
I’m surprised how few FDS engineers are on site, can’t be good from the customers point of view.
I wonder if DXC want to fail.
Yes it's true, for FDS 84 people were on a call with hr yesterday and all told they are at risk. Most are recent hires, and young with low salaries, so cheap to get rid of.
Apx 20% of the DXC FDS workforce.
