Does anyone know what the healthy pathways discount is for 2024? Years ago it was 50% off your payroll deduction cost but it changed to a dollar amount at some point. I can't find what the discount amount is for 2024.

I received confirmation today that if you qualified for the discount in 2024 it will be extended during the COBRA subsidy. fwiw, $38.46 x 26 is $1000/yr...or about a 13% discount for you. The discount is $1000 regardless of the plan you choose so for me it works out to a roughly 32% discount as I have a much less expensive plan.
I'm also curious. I asked a new hire how much their insurance is for the exact same thing that I enrolled in. Her cost without discount is 298.80/paycheck, and my cost WITH discount is 260.34.
Doesn't sound like a good discount to me.
