Just because it's trolling doesn't mean it's not true...
It's interesting how the people railing against DIB initiatives and decrying the wokeness of it all are the reason Lumen needs a diversity officer.

Diversity officers? Lmao! That has to be the d-mbest title and position I have every heard of! How did they contribute to the success of this organization? It most certainly didn’t! Complete waste of money!
Lumen fired the marketing people instead.

"Diversity officers" didn't get th ecompany into massive debt, and they didn't block any recovery plans because there are no plans.
Be pi---d off, but be pi---d off at the right people for the right reason.
Make sure the 15-20 employees running the surveys and social posts are let go.
