Anyone been hearing rumors for Q1 2024 in terms of RSMs?

Not so much layoffs as demotions and /or store moves.
They will offer lateral moves to such things as Express, but that will be gone in a year.
With the project to roll Metro into all COR stores, you will see a restructuring across all front line careers.
Express, SMRA, and COR.
Hearing restructure so 1 RSM may manage 1 to 3 stores each RSM since have other key holders at each location for cover
RSMs are needed to run a store. If your store is valuable and you hit goals you will be fine. If the store is bleeding money and the lease is coming up you might be in trouble. There is no way for the company to do a mass RSM layoff like other roles. (RAMs are a different story)
