Motivation level

Any meeting I go see motivation level is -20 and everyone just do bare minimum. Is it the same in your team?

Leixlip is like a morgue, led by Zombies, The BS and delusion is off the scale . Bring back Eamonn Sinnott! Oh wait , AMH abolished his role and pushed him to be the interim GM of a big car park in Magdeburg

At the all hands meeting today Pat was the only one excited/motivated, auditorium was quarter full with lack luster enthusiasm. Even CP's reward announcement did not get any cheers.
Need 2 quarters of sustained profitability and stock at forty+ levels to get any enthusiasm.

Nope! In my team everybody is very motivated! We have fun developing great products.
And all this just because I resigned from Intel 6 month ago :-)

Nobody gives a cr-p in leixlip. Due to the recruitment freeze, they are transferring people in from Israel to fill the gaps. One shift last night had one - I repeat, one tech on. It is just mad.

All URMs have unlimited vacation, and automatic promotions. Also, work hours are totally flexible and optional.

Our new hire must have unlimited vacations. She took 6 weeks so far. What can I complain, she doesn't have any project.
