the WARN act says 60 days, so if people need to be off the books by the new year, the WARN notices wouldn't show up until tomorrow?
No details, just dread.
Is it too much to ask to notify employees individually before making a generic public announcement?
don't see any WARN notices for colorado or washington state... do those mean anything anymore?
Can someone share the email? Use VPN or TOR.
Do we know the proportion of people who received the email vs didn't?
If you didn’t get the email, you are safe?
any thoughts which groups get impacted heavily?
Bye bye Florida
“Why even send an email out?“

Why even send an email out?
My team got Kate's large, non-specific email about the 4%. None of my management is saying we are affected. We will see by week's end I'm sure.
Here we go again.
Has anyone been told anything yet? Some of my team got the email, some did not. No one on our team has been told of any layoffs.
The heck?
