Thoughts on Paul Sunu?

Are we better or worse off now?

It’s starting to remind me of at&t. If it goes much further in that direction I will find another job. I don’t need to be micro managed to do a quality job! I will not tolerate being punished or belittled as a whole group just because we have a few bad technicians. Respect is a 2 way street. Technicians are not the ones who bankrupted Windstream. The executives are at fault yet they still got their bonuses. While the folks who enjoy a climate controlled comfortable office worked from home during covid. We had to suit up, show up and be at high risk of exposure in nasty homes. If we can’t be respected as a group then there is no purpose to continue my loyalty to Windstream.

read a few of his company emails. "quality" over "quantity". how? by coaching. start at the training level. i should not be sent a youtube video on how to do something when it first rolls out. when customers like to call, they like an english speaking person. basic business.

Wonder why they didn’t offer the ceo job to Layne L. Supposedly he was good at su-king the gold out of a company and dumping in someone else’s lap. He and TT are probably sailing side by side across the Bermuda Triangle by now.

We know it wasn't for his amazing track record or leadership. Had to be pretty bad for such an abrupt ending considering Gardner stuck around after he stepped down in a advisory role temporarily. They knocked him off CEO and board means someone knows the truth. Maybe we'll see him in the news in the near future.

He’s been TT’s boss for 3 years. He’s just not hiding in the shadows anymore. The mass layoffs have come from him.

Hard to say. Town Hall just felt weird and staged. Dude couldn't answer a simple question about hobbies.

So you trained with your daughter for the Boston Marathon. Cool. Back in 2005. Dude that's 18 years ago. You don't run competitively anymore, but you like to jog. Great.

Cool way to tell us about your daughter going to med school at Yale, before switching to tech during clinicals.

The guy couldn't deal with softball questions, and danced around answers. Not impressed.

Yes too little too late? But that is how this company has always done things. They wait until something is terrible and failing miserably before improving or fixing it.

Well, looks like we're better off for a future merger. Looks like that's what the new guy is an expert at.
