Just wondering if they took money off the teamleads when they took away their keys and responsibilities.
They took money off the PTC's and Audit Leads.....
They received money for these responsibilities and are no longer doing them..

Opening Team leads who have taken the cbl's for all food handling are the ones who carry keys in our store. When they eliminated lead positions we lost money. I lost $2...I was never given $2 when I got my position. So I basically lost 4 years worth of increases. I've been capped out for 2 years.
Team Leads didn't lose keys company wide, it's up to the club manager who gets to carry keys. Our 2 AM merch leads have keys and some fresh, but thebpay is the same. A few other leads have taken the test for keys an passed but the CM hasn't approved keys...it's been almost a year. Why take us out of our area and pay for the test if your not gonna give us keys? Oh it probably just makes our CM look better to our MM.
Team leads at my club are not even allowed to open the trash compactor. Only managers.
do leads still carry keys right now , this very minute???????? if they no longer do what other responsibilities were removed from them???
The Team Leads didn't get a raise when they were forced into having keys and codes.
PTC’s and Audit Leads were given a choice to take severance or find another position in the club. They could have taken a lateral position and lose nothing. It was their choice, the only thing taken away was the position.
