Another round of layoffs today and this week. More are happening across the organization.
This is going to continue through the end of the year. They might skip a week here and there. But be prepared.
Remember the goal is 45% reduction.

I was laid off last week and I was invited to a meeting 15 minutes before it happened to let me know. Brutal severance package that was not received until 24 hours after I was let go. Really makes a terrible experience even worse than it has to be. Heartless.
So are we done now for THIS week? What was the final tally? Does anyone know?

I can confirm that I know three people laid off today. I don’t know about other numbers but I personally know of at least three.
I have worked for GWT for three years now. And this is how it has been every single year. Layoffs starting in October and happening randomly through the end of the year. Always around the holidays.
So get used to being tired.
Org Transformation VP and her team were let go last week. Curious to what areas are affected today and this week. If they are going to fire people, I wish they would just do it all at once and get it over with. This is getting very tiresome.
How do employees get notified about being laid off?
I know that the VP of organizational transformation and her entire department were laid off.
I don’t know how many but I know some folks were let go this morning and there will be more this afternoon.
This company is a mess.
