Bonus is based on performance. Layoffs are happening due to poor performance.

Does management need to setup a call to communicate this to you?!?!?

Do you even work here?

The bonus program emails sent earlier in the year definitely still says we're getting a bonus but the way terminated employees get it will change slightly.

When do you start getting new material and come up with a better come back then “Boomer….” It gets so tiresome how so immature so many of the people here are. I guarantee I can guess your age by what you write. Guarantee it. And just so you know, I’m not a “boomer.” You obviously don’t even know the age bracket. But why would you. You were programmed to groupthink and can’t think for yourselves

Or this is just a distraction? Instead of stressing about the posibility of losing one's job in an unknown # of days, now we can instead stress about where the commuting costs are coming from for the additional two days? Assuming you are a hybrid of course. In my dept half of our teammates are tele-commuters so this doesn't affect them at all 🤔

All by design to squeeze the worker bees into submission.

In the last 3 years cpi is up 19%. People have used the money they spent on commuting to keep up with inflation plus they received federal giveaways. By forcing people back into the office people will now realize that they have taken a massive pay cut in addition to the benefits decreases. What does it cost you all to commute?

I also will “jump off the nearest bridge”.

The Peaceful Pill Handbook is a great resource. It details painless, quick and peaceful ways to go out. Look up Nitrogen Exit Bag.

Imagine caring about RTO 5 days a week as you lose the income required to keep your standard of living.

No Bonus + less benefits.

And here come the whiners about working in an office. Oh, the horror! Pull your pants up and stop complaining. Before 2020, the majority of you didn’t know the difference. It’s over. Either work in and office or go get a job that will have you……working in an office. Grow the heck up!

Whoa! What do you mean RTO 5 days? This is a just a rumor correct? Or is this just their way of getting more teammates to quit verses paying severance?
