New class action law suit covering 2019 to 2023 seeking billions in damages. Looks like if your an investor, you have until November 11th to get in on the class action lawsuit. The case is about the lead cable we have in the ground and the last C.E.O. lying to investor's about Quantum Fiber. The news of the lawsuit started tanking our stock a few months ago.
If the company losses this case they will have to declare bankruptcy. They will have no hope in paying butchers bill on this one.
