There are people this organization kept (HR) who never did anything. Never met a goal and are now a senior officer. This is just how it goes because some learned kissing up/networking at Allstate was more important than actually delivering results. It did work out for them even though they were not successful with results. Just sayin if you are thinking could thus be me, you are probably right.

Still there reporting to HR Chief.
Perhaps they took online LRN courses (Leadership for Dummies) in order to avoid the axe.
Being an inept leader isn't a crime, it's just stupidity.
@1mwk Agreed. These criminal should be exposed fully for their crimes.
Pretty sad when a layoff site won't let us name those ruining the company and causing impacts to thousands of lives with their prior poor decisions that are causing the layoffs to happen in the first place. Seems pretty weak for the mods here to do that. What side are these clowns on?
you can try, but probably risking a permanent ban from these pages. site mods here are pretty strict regarding the "no names" rule.
If they are making 500k a year we should be able to cite. Most VPs and all SVPs make that cash. Hold them accountable for possessing minimal leadership traits.
read the site rules, apart naming c-suits, names are not allowed here.
Should have allowed under performing list of Officers to develop. I wrote mine yesterday and have 29 losers identified. Can I send to your e mail directly?
Don't forget the no qualification diversity hires. Not unique to Allstate, I'm sure.
Long tenured retired leader. I could share countless stories of clowns getting promoted to Officers as they played tha game. Good actors but could not put points on board to improve performance. Could name 50 clowns in 5 minutes. That’s part of why company is failing.
