You will kick yourself at some point if you accept a position. I read so many reviews before accepting, thinking it was just ex-employees. I got great excuses from recruiter and hiring manager, so I accepted. :(
It may not affect you immediately, but is 1 year, 5 or 10 years later any better? Buy that nice house, car, send a kid to college, and bam, you will remember this site and what you read. Find a company that does even layoffs, or job placements, in a more respectful and truthful way.
