I got an exit survey because I was able to find a better job and found this place the most unprofessional and toxic environment...do I even waste my time.

Never do exit surveys or interviews. NEVER. Say thank you, I'm leaving for a better opportunity, it's been swell. Oh yes, NEVER DISCLOSE WHERE YOU ARE GOING. Not to colleagues, nor on LinkedIn, for at least one month, preferably 90 days. And in that interim, if you're getting job calls/emails, take them.
NO. They won’t listen or change.
Never "speak the truth" when leaving. Just say you have found a job more fitting with what you wanted to do. You never, believe me never, want to give a review telling them they su-k. The future may bring some of them into companies you like working for and you don't want any of them saying something negative about you. I've done this for a very long time and believe me or not, it can and will happen.
I say honesty is the best policy... if you're on your way out, what can it hurt to speak the truth ? Just my opinion.
