Thread regarding Dell Inc. layoffs

Gifted his employees a massive layoff!

The richest 17th person. But still money hungry and ruined many people lives. Where they find no other option but to take their own lives. Bravos Mikey.

Michael Dell, founder and CEO of Dell Technologies, gifted Dell shares worth $350 million this week, his first time donating Dell shares since 2006 and his most valuable gift of Dell shares ever. Dell, worth an estimated $66.7 billion, is currently the world’s 17th-richest person by Forbes’ estimates.

According to Securities and Exchange Commission filings from Wednesday and Thursday, Dell gifted 5,150,000 shares in five installments between October 13 and October 19. Approximately 40% of the shares went to Dell’s private family foundation, the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation; the remaining 60% was funneled into donor-advised funds established by Michael and Susan Dell, the filings say.

I got it wrong. Apologies. Despite the anonymity, it’s only right to say it. I did some of my own digging because there is no mention of Kirk and his plight over here in the UK.

My sincere apologies to those that I offended. And my condolences to those that knew and loved him.

I feel like a right a--hole, rightfully, and I probably need to assess my loyalties. For this not to have become a global introspection and communication is beyond my comprehension. That they would cover it up so quickly, including removing Kirk from pretty much every system (not even the usual zzzzzz when folks have left) is incomprehensible. That they’d go to so much trouble to do it.

Dreadfully sad.

It happened. Friend called it in to 911. Executives were called out of meetings as soon as it was reported.

Get your head out of your @$$

I’m happy things are going so well for you that you need no sympathy. *sarcasm

I’m sorry. I dug further. And it is true. I just saw a police report. So they have covered it up. Oh my god.

So I suppose they also deleted all his details from Corp Dir and Workday too? Even though all the other WFRs still exist? Not a mention of him anywhere. I call bullsh-t. And all this talk about internal memos. Yet nobody has been able to produce a single shred of evidence. As for the whole “news can’t report”. That’s bullsh-t too. Like it or not. The news is littered with actual su----es.

The actual shame here is that some fu---r started this whole ruse, denigrating actual victims of su----e and their families.

Provide one single hyperlink that proves otherwise. And PS. A case number that is anonymous with no detail is hardly the smoking g-n.

You do realize that not only has this been verified by there multiple Dell colleagues. But, that an internal memo went out about the incident. There is a RRPD police report available to the public on Police to Citizen online. The case number is 2310130015 — D**TH INVESTIGATION. This didn’t get picked up by news outlets because, not only does MD have a lot of power with the local media, etc, but there are rules on reporting on these types of incidences that reporters and news outlets follow. Have some compassion for this man, his family, friends, and the close colleagues who lost him.

Disgusting you would claim it’s fake news. I am attending his memorial this very weekend.

Feel free to troll away, it’s one of the most amusing parts of this forum, but don’t debase the life of a good man to do it.

@1jyr+1pjSt0LL Dell would be out of business if it wasn’t for excessive government spending.

If you don't like things, follow the trend of CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreen employees. Action is what required, not words on a web forum. https://www.foxbusiness.com/lifestyle/cvs-walgreens-employees-planning-walkout-protest-working-conditions?fbclid=IwAR1GxcIAOlq3fKI9Xng0BzPaWOeRYLoHKtfvNHJHOOUW9CfPV0wPDj4JrBo

One of the reasons of requesting return to office for employees: so he can deduct office space costs and increase profit.Sickening that the company has no real concern for employees other than line items on spreadsheets with cost and how much they save in deductions if they are in the office vs. remote worker. And how much they save when categorized to how much the employees cost with salary and benefits. When it is WFR time they add up the lists of employees and total them by how much is saved by letting them go.

Michael Dell doesn't care about people, employees, family or anyone at Dell!
Its purely a business transaction to him and a vechicle to make MORE money at the cost of all of our livelihoods.

All dodgy shell companies and "charities" are just setup as a front for them to launder the money and continue this circus.

Big Mike is pocketing $20 Billion next week from Broadcom’s acquisition of VMware so he can afford to give $350 million to himself.

Maybe he could funnel some of his cash to the family of the late Kirk Lawrence who was laid off by Dell after 13 years of service.

Say his name you greedy ba----d.
