Suncor’s “amazing” package says you get paid so many months severance but if you get other employment you can only earn up to 85% of your Suncor severance salary; otherwise they claw back what they pay you. Am I going to let Suncor get away with paying me less? Not a fu--ing chance.

How does the question "Has anyone been contacted by Suncor once they got a new job?" have ANYTHING to do with a response of:
"Why would anyone care about the backgrounds of people being laid off? These should be performance based, being indigenous or Metis does not exempt you from performance checks."
I'm curious if anyone who has gotten a new job have to report back to Suncor to report their salary.
Curious....How would Suncor know you got a new job?
