What did Wayne say about remote workers and jobs? Does anyone know what he said specifically please

Wayne lies. So it doesn't matter what was said.
He said that at the last meeting he said remote workers still have career path - yet all postings were saying HYBRID only. So, HR started to scramble and had to change the postings for virtual to be included- he said Tamala had to clean that up because of what he said or something like that. So there you have it remote people are able to post as well. I’ll see it when it happens
Did you hear him say something but don’t remember what it was? I haven’t listened yet. He came out last time and said remote could post for other jobs and remain remote. I think he did this because of losing so much talent. You have me curious now.
USAA is going to a 4 day model starting January. Not sure what the plan is for remote workers but Im assuming eventually they will "quietly" try and phase them out especially if they continue down this path of equity losses.
