I was part of PSID (aka PTSD) when Allstate bought InfoArmor for half a billion dollars. I wasn’t part of the squad of brilliant (in their own minds) Kellogg and Booth MBAs that closed the deal, but holy he-l was it a bad deal. You know it was bad because each and every one of the geniuses who closed that deal are long gone and the CEO of InfoArmor is splitting time between his multiple houses after fooling Tommy Boy into buying his company.
AIP will make a great MBA case study someday.

They built a whole new area in Hudson for Accounting in 2015 and six months later let all of Accounting go. What you are saying about new hires and new cubicles don't mean anything.
