Looks like you have to have actual skills to be a carwash manager.

I just took a looksie on the Bucee's website: 401K - 100% Match up to 6%. Sounds pretty standard.
I found the car wash req:

It's not clear how many car wash sites the manager supervises. Also sounds like he is expected to repair a carwash if it breaks.
Would that be the guy in charge of all Bucee's car washes?
Just become a Walmart manager and make $175k instead -- double the salary you'll make here.
