Goto/PA shows a green bar for salary communication in mid/late November to December. Shouldn’t the news be out already/ very soon??? Would like to know the baseline number to use for benchmark with other companies during interviews

All EM has is a bunch of guys writing specs and managing procurements.
Quit asking. It is getting old. Info isn’t out until end of the year. Expect it to be small. They need to run off a bunch of extra engineers now that we are over staffed with Pioneer and Denbury.
(3 months base salary) minus (100% x base salary) = Salary Adjustment = PIL
The formula for next year:
