Why would he get kicked out. He is doing the best he can do with this company. Turning it around is a herculean task.

Why will he get kicked out right in middle of the new strategy execution.
For good or bad, the new CEO convinced the board to go all-in on the IFS strategy.
It won't work, but they will give him at least 10 years of runway. However, since PC demand won't come roaring back and margins continue to su-k there will be huge pressure to throw in the towel.
2026 March PG will be 65 and retire. Until that time enjoy the ride.
