Not a guarantee. Like the layoffs earlier in October, the meeting is there for org directors to announce layoffs to the org. You won’t know until earlier that day when they actually pull the trigger on you.

On 10/12 we had a group WebEx meeting of hundreds of people telling us of the very unfortunate layoffs of 5 people (out of 600+ people in our organization of Care Coordination). A few day's later, it was implied by leadership to expect more in November..
However, the people terminated were notified prior to the large meeting. It seems that, at least in some cases, they were terminated earlier that same day.
I wouldn't assume the Town Hall would convey similar information, but it is probably something to keep in mind if the Town Hall is led by sometone who would typically convey such news (like a supervisor). So far I haven't heard of anyone being terminated during or after a large WebEx meeting.
When was it sent and who sent it?
