What departments in California were affected by the layoff for Centene? I'm on maternity leave. I go back next month. My supervisor didn't say anything about lay offs but now I'm paranoid.

Not sure what your job is - administrative or member facing (nurse, etc). I am in claims operations California line of business under Richard Chong and we were hit in both Marketplace and California Health and Wellness - not sure about other areas. I have heard that more layoffs are coming post haste - just couldn't tell you who or where because no one is talking. PL's dismissing it like it just another day.
